what to wear: maternity!

One of my favorite cuts of jeans of all time is the Gap Long & Lean cut. If you are pregnant, lucky for you because they make this cut for their maternity line as well. I lived in these when i was pregnant with my last... I bought a couple of pairs and wore them endlessly. They are a very flattering fit to a preggo belly!

Here are some fun outfits I put together with these jeans for all you fabulous pregnant ladies out there... enjoy the bump while you have it!

You know me, I love the tunic-over-jeans look... especially while pregnant. It is such a cute look...

I always found it fun to buy a few maternity pieces that were a little out of my usual box... pregnancy is short, though sometimes it doesn't feel that way, and it can be fun to experiment with your style a bit. This top would definitely be out of my comfort zone, but look how cute it is!

If neutrals are more your thing... here is a gorgeous and sophisticated look for you. Investing in accessories while pregnant is a great way to spend money... they will still fit after the baby arrives!

How do you like to show off your style while pregnant?

I love all of these (especially the middle look - perfection). I tried to wear maternity jeans when I was pregnant, but it proved to be in vain, absolutely uncomfortable and difficult to fit. Of course I gained a massive amount of weight so that may have had something to do with it - LOL!

I finally surrended to black leggings and love wearing them with ex-short dresses, now tunics. I love my pair of skinny maternity jeans and wear it even for work, with a nice jacket and flats.
